It’s time for your twice yearly reminder that Gilded always has your back when it comes to diverse, inclusive sizing in our samples. Every dress I am wearing here is sampled in a size between 18-24, and all of our dresses can be made in any size. No matter how the culture around us ebbs and flows, you are always welcome to come as you are to our little local bridal shop.
Yep, you guessed it: once again we saw zero diversity in model sizes at New York Bridal Fashion week. Silver lining? Me in dresses!
Which is your favorite? Personally I’ll take one of each …
And yes, as we finalize our orders with designers to bring new beauties to Gilded, you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be new, cool, fun, stunning gowns in a a range of sizes that you can’t find anywhere else in Raleigh.

We’re heading to New York Bridal Market this week! This is one of the dresses we saw last year - sometimes, we love a dress, but it’s not quite right for our brides, or we have something too similar to it already…so we work with the designer to customize! We listen to what you want, and sort out all the little details. We do this for our sample dresses & for our brides’ gowns to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want on your wedding day 💕
